Malala Day | Transformation of Girl’s Education: What’s Next

Education experts and advocates join together for a special edition of the SDG Roundtable on Malala Day. Ten years after the powerful speech by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate and UN Messenger of Peace Malala Yousafzai at the United Nations, this conversation spotlights the progress that has been made thus far while underlining the need for transformative action to achieve the goal of making equal, quality education accessible to all girls.

SDG Roundtables, at the SDG Studio, UN Headquarters, are convened by the UN Deputy Secretary-General, Amina J. Mohammed. They feature a series of conversations with UN leaders, experts, advocates and influencers on actions and solutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.
